Extra-Large, chipped or damaged items may have an added fee, usually starting at $3
Most Knives
$7
($8 starting October 1st,2025)
Any knife with a 50/50 or 70/30 bevel. (Items 12+ inches may
have a $3 fee)
Single-Bevel Knives
$10-20
The rate for single-bevel knives is a sliding scale between $10 and $20 for sharpening. Repair fees for can be up to $20 for heavily damaged items.
Serrated Knives
$7 to $10
Serrated blades longer than 6 inches are $10 each.
Knives with serrations smaller than 1/4 inch accepted by review
Mandolin, Food Processor and Axes Blades
$10
Chips or Damage repair fees start at $3 for these items
Scissors, Gardening Shears and Loppers
$14
Now with the accuracy of the Twice-as-sharp system!
An item may not benefit from sharpening if the blades do not open enough, and are not detachable
Fabric Shears and Trimmers
$17
These sensitive or lengthy items take more care to complete.
